Evidence-based expertise supporting leadership, wellbeing and inclusive practice across organisations and institutions

I work with organisations seeking thoughtful, psychologically informed approaches to leadership, wellbeing, disability and inclusion.

My work combines health psychology, professional training, and lived experience to support meaningful, sustainable change at both individual and organisational levels.

I provide health psychology consultancy to corporate organisations, third sector organisations and local authorities

Consultancy work is tailored to organisational context and goals. It supports teams and leaders to:

  • Develop leadership identity grounded in self-awareness and responsibility

  • Challenge perceptions around disability and inclusion

  • Embed psychologically informed approaches to wellbeing and performance

Day rate: £700
