One-to-one health psychology offers space to explore how your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, physical health, and environment interact, and how these patterns may be influencing your wellbeing.

The work is tailored to you. Sessions are collaborative, reflective and grounded in evidence-based health psychology, with a focus on practical insight rather than quick fixes.

These one-to-one health psychology sessions are for adults seeking professional, individualised support to better understand their wellbeing and make realistic, lasting changes that fit their life.

Dr Rupy Kaur Roberts, an HCPC-registered Health Psychologist, and follows professional and ethical standards at all times.

Session details and fees

  • £90 per hour
     
  • Sessions are delivered one-to-one
     
  • Support is personalised, confidential, and professional
When you book your first session, you’ll be asked to complete a short intake form. This ensures the work is appropriate and supportive for you.

If, after reviewing your form, Rupy feels that a different type of support would be more suitable, she will contact you to explain why, and your session fee will be fully refunded.
​
This process is in place to ensure ethical, appropriate care.

Some women choose one-to-one sessions. Others prefer to start with a self-paced option such as Lead Yourself: The Foundations, or explore deeper work through the Lead Yourself, Lead Your Life programme.
