Why health psychology works

Health psychology focuses on the relationship between thoughts, behaviour, physical health and environment. Rather than offering motivation or surface-level strategies, it supports you to understand how patterns develop and how to change them in ways that are realistic and sustainable.Many women come to this work through experiences such as imposter syndrome, chronic self-doubt, or ongoing pressure, but the focus is always on the whole person.

I’m Dr Rupy Kaur Roberts,

a HCPC-registered Health Psychologist. My work focuses on helping professional women become the best version of themselves through evidence-based behaviour change, self-understanding and psychological support.
With over a decade of experience across health psychology, leadership, disability advocacy and training, I support women to build confidence, strengthen self-trust and make changes that are grounded, sustainable and aligned with their lives.
