Why health psychology works
You’ve achieved a lot, yet still find yourself second-guessing decisions or questioning whether you’re good enough.
You may look confident to others, but internally feel uncertain, critical of yourself, or under constant pressure to prove your worth.
This is a common experience for many professional women.
You are not broken, and nothing needs fixing.
But pushing yourself harder doesn’t resolve these patterns.
Health psychology focuses on the relationship between thoughts, behaviour, physical health, and environment. It helps you understand how these patterns develop, why they persist, and how to change them in ways that are realistic and sustainable.

This approach helps you to:
-
Build confidence through understanding, not pressure
-
Develop behaviours that support wellbeing and performance
-
Make changes that align with who you are and what matters to you
The aim is not to push you to become someone else, but to support you in becoming the best version of yourself.

What It’s Like Working With Me
Many of the women I work with describe things like:
“I feel like I’m constantly proving myself.”
“Everyone thinks I’m confident but inside I’m doubting everything.”
“I’ve achieved a lot but it never feels like enough.”
For many years I worked in professional environments where
high-performing people quietly struggled with self-doubt.
On the outside they looked confident. Inside they felt like they were constantly trying to prove themselves. I understand this deeply - both professionally and personally.
What Changes When We Work Together...
Clearer self-trust
Less internal pressure
Stronger emotional regulation
Confidence grounded in values rather than validation
